      <image:caption>Jerry was a senior partner in a family 4000-acre corn and soybean farming operation in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. In addition to farming for nearly 50 years, Jerry was the president of Epland Trucking, Inc., a commercial trucking firm which was in operation for 25 years. Jerry served on the board of directors of Winnebago Cooperative Telecom Association for 20 years, serving as president for 5 of those years. Jerry also served as chairman of the Planning Commission of Freeborn County, MN.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Lois was raised on the farm on which she and Jerry made their home. In the year 2015 it was designated a century farm. Lois took care of the financial records and did the bookkeeping for their farming operation. She was the office manager for Epland Trucking, Inc for over 20 years. Lois served for 6 years on the board of directors of St John’s Lutheran Home, Albert Lea, MN, serving as president for two of those years. Lois has volunteered in various community organizations, including helping to serve meals to the less fortunate through the Loaves and Fishes program. Lois was a Sunday school teacher for 25 years as well as a volunteer at an organization that serves at-risk youth.</image:caption>

Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial law clerk for the lone Judge in Waseca County for a year and a half. Joe attended Law School at St Thomas University in Downtown Minneapolis and was a certified student attorney for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office in the Drugs and Property Prosecution Division for the final two years of law school. He is originally from Estherville Iowa, where his five siblings and mother still reside.</image:caption>

She earned a B.A. in English from Houghton University, Houghton, NY and a law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, IN. She also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant certification from the American College of Financial Services, King of Prussia, PA. Eileen is past president and currently Vice President of Finance for the American Association of University Women of Owatonna, MN.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Troy is the Community Development Director for the City of Owatonna.  He has a BS in Urban and Regional Studies, and an MA in Urban Planning, both from Mankato State University. Troy has worked for the city of Owatonna for the past 30+ years in a variety of capacities. He has been the Director of Community Development since April 2011. He has also worked as interim director of both the parks and rec department and the public library. He began his career with the city in their City Planning department.</image:caption>

Julie received her Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Luther College, Decorah, IA in 1992 and her Masters of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN in 1997. In December 2016, she received her MBA from West Texas A&amp;M University, Canyon, TX.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Dave retired in January, 2020, from Dubuque Bank and Trust Dubuque, Iowa, where he was Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer.  He was employed there for 30 years and previously worked at banks in Bowman and Grafton, North Dakota. He spent his entire career exclusively in lending, including consumer, residential, agricultural and, primarily, commercial lending. Dave has been involved as chairman and other leadership positions of various non-profit organizations including Lutheran churches, senior housing/long term care facilities, quasi-governmental entities that lend to small businesses and entities that support individual needs of disadvantaged individuals and families.  He currently serve as Vice Chairman of Calvary Community Services, Inc., an entity that oversees an 80 unit low income senior housing facility in Golden Valley, Minnesota. Dave grew up in Waverly, Iowa, where I received a BA in Business Administration from Wartburg College.</image:caption>
